Get to Know Me

My name is Christine Royal, and I have lived in Venice and North Port for the last 10 years. This area has experienced major growth, and it’s been amazing to watch and be a part of! 
 
While I am new to real estate, I am fully licensed and an officially designated REALTOR®. My partner, Kathleen Stansfield, has been helping people buy and sell their homes since 2013! We have extensive knowledge of the area and a long list of affiliates to help simplify the process. Our Brokerage, EXIT King Realty, has been serving this area of Florida for the last 14 years. Our industry-leading technology can help streamline the real estate process, and I’m ready to help walk you through every single step.
 
When I’m not helping you with your real estate adventures, I can usually be found at home with my 2 boys, 2 dogs, and husband! We love going out on the weekends and exploring the beaches, zoos, and Grandma and Grandpa’s house.
